With Cloud Hourly, you have the flexibility to manage, resize, upgrade, or shut down your server at any time through the portal. Please note that this service does not include a control panel; if required, it must be purchased separately. Additionally, email ports are closed by default—you can submit a request to enable them as needed via email to support@ipserverone.com or submit ticket via portal.
For Cloud Subscription, you can fully customize your server according to your specific requirements. Our Sales team will provide a tailored quote, and once the agreement is signed, the setup process will be handled manually, which may require additional time.
